Public meeting scheduled for Jan. 22nd on Lake Valrico pollution limits

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting beginning at 10 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2022, to receive comments on the draft nutrient total maximum daily load (TMDL) report for impaired waters in the Hillsborough River Basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.610,Florida Administrative Code. These TMDLs as site specific interpretations of the narrative nutrient criterion that are to be presented at the public workshop include: Lake Valrico (WBID1547A).

Registration is open for the webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the webinar. A meeting agenda and draft report are available online.
