FREE Watershed Stewardship Workshop for kids in 6th-8th grade

Keep Pinellas Beautiful has created an amazing FREE opportunity for students in grades 6 through 8! This three-day summer program will provide students with the skills necessary to become better stewards of our local watersheds. Sessions include learning about watersheds, group discussions about littering behaviors, a walking tour, hands-on activities, and much MORE!

Students will:

  • Develop environmental awareness, stewardship, and responsibility
  • Cultivate an understanding of individual impact on our local water supplies
  • Fulfill required community service hours
  • Empower themselves to become proactive towards Source Water Protection!

Where:   Brooker Creek Preserve, 3940 Keystone Road, Tarpon Springs.
When:   July 19th–21st, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
