Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful needs volunteers

Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful needs your help as we prepare for the opening of the Florida State Fair.

Join us as we put the final touches on the Florida Learning Garden before the State Fair starts. We appreciate any time that you can give - even one hour! Volunteers are needed Tuesday, February 3rd or Wednesday, February 4th any time between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As many of you know, The Florida Learning Garden, located at the Florida State Fairgrounds, is a unique permanent, one-acre interactive educational experience unlike any other.

It features traditional garden beds, raised beds, hydroponics, butterfly gardens, upcycled tire and palette gardens, the Florida-Friendly Walking Trail, an interactive greenhouse and over 75 types of shrubs and trees.

Volunteers are needed to help with mulching, moving benches, installing signage, weeding gardens, creating shell paths and more.

To sign up, details and directions, please contact Tom at tdamico@keeptbb.org

Thank you so much for helping to Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful!
