In celebration of America Recycles Day, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful will hold a festival of recycling themed activities at Lowry Park in Tampa on Saturday, November 15, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This fun-filled day of recycling awareness, live music and physical activities for the entire family will educate and entertain participants and spectators on why recycling matters.

The festival features the “Battle for a Healthy Bay”, a recycle-themed fitness challenge; an environmental expo; the “Recycle Regatta”, the infamous two-man floating vessel race and an assortment of recycling collections which will take place throughout Hillsborough County and a few specialized collections at Lowry Park.

Gather your team together to tackle the fitness change and build a recyclable watercraft to float down the Hillsborough River to become Recycling Champions in Tampa Bay. Visit the link below to register or visit Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful's website for more information.
