Submission deadline for TBEP Bay Mini-Grants is October 1st

The Tampa Bay Estuary Program is accepting grant applications from local citizen groups and organizations for projects that help to protect or restore Tampa Bay while involving the local community. Projects may be educational, involve habitat restoration or both.

• Grant award limit: $5,000 (Available on reimbursement basis only)
• Deadline for submission : October 1, 2014 by 3:00 pm
• Award Date: Mid-December

Groups and organizations from Hillsborough, Manatee and Pinellas counties as well as sections of Pasco and Polk counties may apply. Project must be in the Tampa Bay watershed (map provided in application and available on-line at the TBEP website).
