Special Hillsborough EPC Meeting to be conducted on April 2nd

The meeting will be at 3pm, following the BOCC meeting

The EPC will discuss the following:

VARIANCE REQUEST. The City of Tampa has filed a request to the EPC to conduct a Public Hearing in order to receive a variance from the Tampa Port Authority Submerged Lands Management Rules, which the EPC has delegated authority to process. The City of Tampa needs this expedited Public Hearing to accommodate their construction schedule for Water Works Park on the Hillsborough River.
