WUSF Radio's "A Tale of Two Rivers" Explores Hillsborough's Dual Character

In two reports aired on successive days this week, WUSF 89.7FM report Steve Newborn explores the Hillsborough River and its diverse nature. Compared to the channeled and urban lower river, the upper river is wild and relatively pristine. Improvements in flow and reduced pollution point sources have made the river cleaner, but nonpoint source pollution and urban water demand are still sources of concern.
