Tampa Utility Customers Can Help Shape the Look of Their Future Bills

Customers of City of Tampa Utilities have until Sept. 30, 2011, to provide their input and suggestions on potential bill improvements at The results and comments provided during the Utility Bill Improvements survey will be taken into account as the City embarks on revising the current bill design.

Improvements to the utility bill are part of an ongoing process by the City of Tampa to provide easy-to-understand utility billing and improve customer service for its water, wastewater and solid waste account holders.
